Thanksgiving Dinner Reservation Form

We would love to have you join us for our Thanksgiving Dinner Thursday, November 19^th.  If you will be able to join us, please fill out and return the form below.  The cost per meal is adults $5.00, Children 10 & Up $3.50 and Children under 10 $2.50.
